Calculate New Cost

Your new monthly cost = server rental + bandwidth. Typically 25–30% of your cloud bill.

Step 4

Our Fee = X% of Savings

Savings = old cloud spend − new infra cost. Our fee is a percentage of that delta. Monthly.

Step 5

You Keep the Rest

If we don't save you money, you pay nothing. The guarantee is built into the model.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as "savings"?
The difference between your verifiable cloud bill and your new bare-metal infrastructure cost (server rental + bandwidth). We use your actual billing dashboard — not estimates.
What if I add more services later?
Savings are recalculated when your infrastructure changes. More savings = proportionally higher fee. Less savings = lower fee. The percentage stays the same.
What if I want to cancel?
90-day notice. We hand over everything: Ansible playbooks, documentation, runbooks, monitoring dashboards, credentials. It's your infrastructure — we just manage it.
Is there a minimum contract?
12 months for managed operations. Consulting engagements are one-time fixed fee.
What about the server/hardware cost?
Server rental is paid directly to your hosting provider (Hetzner, OVH, etc.). That's separate from our management fee. You control the provider relationship.
How are savings verified?
We reference your original cloud billing data (provided during assessment) and your current hosting invoices. Both are verifiable documents. No black box.
